These past couple of weeks was hell..I ate too much/too much carbs, I completely fell off the track and I just want to start all over again..I was wondering does anyone feels the same? If you do would you like to be my weight loss buddy? We could message eachother everyday saying how we did, how much we worked out, how much calories we ate etc. Let me know :D
